Who we are

We are a small consultancy team working with operational excellence (OPEX), continuous & process improvement and quality & environment management systems (EQMSs).

We combine strong experience in Project Management, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 with a practical approach to process improvement and documentation development, system implementation and improvement. This means that we don’t only identify gaps but also offer bespoke training and help to find solutions and support implementations that work in everyday operations.

Meloricon is born from the fusion of Melior, the Latin root for continuous improvement and making things better, and Icon, a symbol of leadership and excellence.

As a consultancy firm, our name defines our mission: to elevate our clients' businesses, optimize their strategies, and help them become the standard-bearers of their industries. We don't just advise; we help you build an icon.

I’m Janka, co-founder of Meloricon. I help businesses untangle messy situations, and build systems from scratch that turn complexity into clear, workable next steps.

I like getting to the root of problems, asking the right questions, and creating structure where there was none before. The goal is always to make things simple, usable, and actually sustainable in real life — not just on paper.

Over time, I’ve worked with different teams and industries, but the pattern is always the same: once the right system is in place, everything else starts to click into place.

I’m Dorottya, co-founder of Meloricon. As a Project and Solution Manager, I build the strategic frameworks that allow complex organizations to scale smoothly.

Rather than just managing day-to-day operations, I focus on designing the underlying systems that eliminate friction and drive business growth.

I thrive on getting to the root of structural challenges, challenging assumptions, and creating clear pathways forward. By ensuring that teams, processes, and market strategies are perfectly synchronized, I help businesses move away from reactive firefighting and shift toward sustainable, proactive execution.
